    Hi Ivy,

    Apology for the delay. To our knowledge, Pu Ngaol village has a good relationship with the Australian mining company operating in the area, wherein part of their due diligence is to improve the road and grid power access, as mentioned in the Interactives. During the most recent trip of our team in the community (August 2023), the road leading to the school has been upgraded to gravel and is in perfect condition.

    Out of curiosity, did you contact the mining company to get the information you needed? 🙂

    Due to the village’s remoteness, it’ll be a challenge to directly consult the community at this stage, but I suggest that you include this consultation step as part of your community engagement plan.
