      Good morning,

I would like to enquire about current permanent resident population, to ascertain the trend and future predictions beyond expected increase of return to country from improved comfort and liveability.
So far all I have found is in 2004, 20 permanent residents and approx 15-20 seasonal residents, from the Bushlight case study no. 23; https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5450868fe4b09b217330bb42/t/55a4ae70e4b07587ecc461e3/1436855920428/Bushlight+Case+study+23+-+Port+Stewart.pdf

I attempted to retrieve further details from census website to no avail.

My team is diving into the energy problem however I imagine all of the design areas (1-6) would be affected by population load. So far, the page referencing the portable solar trailer is our baseline.

Novel design on track to take portable solar energy on Country

Any further information would be greatly appreciated

        Hi Joshua,

Thank you for your query. The numbers that you have referenced are correct. In a separate student query we answered:

The total population at Port Stewart is around 30-40. Since the lower camp impacted by flooding no one stays at the lower camp. Entire population is staying at main base and Upper camp and other camps (Silver Plain & Running Creek).

        I hope this helps.

        Kind regards,
        Evelyn
