      How much has climate change affected this area?

        Hi Joey,

        The start of the year was hectic — I apologise for the late reply. Climate change has affected the Mondulkiri province, and Cambodia at large in many ways.

        According to this report from the Asian Development Bank, “Communities living in forests are among the most vulnerable to climate change because of limited alternative livelihoods and their dependence on the ecosystem”.

        I also found a great resource from The National Council for Sustainable Development (NCSD) about Projects on Climate Change in Mondulkiri province, which can help you unpack the impacts of climate change in the area and what has been done by the government to address the concerns.
