      Hi,
In the brief at design area 5.2 it mentions the a good potential solution would help aid agencies understand flooding/disasters in the region better.

Are there any specific disaster aid agencies working with the Pu Ngaol village already?
Or is this statement more aspirational; to develop the ICT first in hope of specific aid groups down the line?

      Thank you
      Best regards,
      Leigh.

        Hi Leigh,

WWF and EWB do work in the area, but not in disaster management. It is more of an aspirational statement. The way INGOs, and NGOs work, once a disaster hits, it is all hands on deck and everyone pitches in whatever way they can.

UNICEF, WHO, Save the children, World Vision etc are some of the lead agencies in Cambodia’s Humanitarian Response Forum. If it helps.

        Cheers,
        Sai
