      Hi, I am doing the termite free housing project. How often do the villagers get shipments/travel to Phnom Penh? Would it be reasonable to ship something into Phnom Penh and expect it to have a way to get to Pu Ngaol? How much would a shipment of a small truckload of something cost?

            Hi Ruth,

            From checking Google Maps, it looks like its an 8-hr drive between Phnom Penh and Pu Ngaol Village. Motorcycle is a common mode of transportation in rural Cambodia, however given the context of shipping materials, there might be a different transport arrangement between local merchants. Are you wanting to incorporate the cost of transport in your project budget?

            Also, I wonder if this is a common material? If so, it might be available in nearby villages.
