is there a certain building regulations for ramps in Cambodia for safe river access? thank you

Hi Aidan,

From a quick research, I can only find this report which has some guidelines on designing a ramp system – Accessibility and Disability Inclusion on the Public Transport System in Phnom Penh (2023).
