    Hi Bailey,

    We have confirmed today that the Saibai CDMP is currently designated as an internal document. However, we were told that there is a possibility of converting it into a publicly accessible format if necessary. We are currently exploring the process, but at this time, we cannot provide a guaranteed turnaround time of its availability.
