    Hi Tin,

    As per this Guide to Licensing Arrangements in the Torres Strait, dinghies are defined to serve as a fishing boat that is only authorised to operate alone.

    Unfortunately, I can’t find any published data for both of your questions. Can you share with us what’s the thinking behind these questions? What is your team hoping to achieve when you get the specific answers?
