    Hi Thang,

    Thanks for your patience. Based on the most recent trip back to Pu Ngaol village, the EWB staff observed that some villagers are still using Nokia 3G phones for phone calls and may own a smartphone as well. In her estimate, most villagers will likely have one smartphone per household, using the Metfone service provider.
