    Thanks for your question!

    Wash down stations are currently located at Lakeland and Lakefield, and are operated by the state government. If you’re planning to install a washdown facility beyond immediate town boundaries, the town water and sewage supply will not reach stations.

    You can assume for this project that the stations you’re designing will have to manage their own water systems; what happens to the waste water? Is it reusable? Are you co-locating these wash down facilities with a bore? Is water for the wash down pumped from a river/creek, or is there water harvesting at the site (roof & tank)?
