Are you designing for Project Opportunity 2.2 Rainwater catchment and storage system?
Have you thought about constructing multiple smaller dams that do not require heavy construction plant? It might also be helpful to evaluate if a dam is the appropriate technology/solution for this context…
If you believe that it is, could you consider alternative technology that is low cost and feasible to support the rapid deployment and sustainment of a dam?
Throughout your project design, you will face a series of decisions that need to be weighed up with location and cost being significant factors in the decision making process.
