      Hello, I was wondering about the current energy solution in Lama Lama. From the 360 site walkthrough I can see that there are solar panels however I was wondering what the batteries for those panels are and how many batteries are there. The petrol generators, do you know how big the generators are and how many are there.

        Hi Orlando,

        Thanks for your questions. I’ve passed them onto our community partners and we are in the process of getting specifications for the solar infrastructure. For now, the information that I’ve got is:
        – There is roof top solar at the community centre and they are going to install solar system in upper camp through Solar Works company. The Bushlight system works at bottom camp but there is currently no one staying there.
        In the meantime, to help you progress in your project, I would suggest looking at the current solar infrastructure and generation in similar remote areas in Queensland or around Australia and using these values as a baseline.
