Here are some examples of the top reports from the EWB Challenge Series. These will hopefully show you how different teams have successfully approached the EWB Challenge in the past.

 

2019

In 2019 the EWB Challenge design brief focused on WaterAid Timor-Leste's work with communities across Suco Holarua, in the Manufahi District of Timor-Leste. Here are some of the top reports from 2019:

  • Seeds for the Future - a holistic approach to seed harvesting, storage and management
  • Jaz-Mine - hygienic, environmentally friendly menstrual hygiene management practices
  • Bamboo Revolver - grey-water treatment system in Timor-Leste

 

2018

In 2019 the EWB Challenge design brief was located in Kratie Province, Camodia and developed in partnership with the Cambodian Rural Development Team (CRDT). Here are some of the top reports from 2018:

2017

In 2017 the EWB Challenge focused on developing engineering and technical solutions to support community development in East Santo, Vauatu, with particular consideration around potential for income generation.The design brief and supporting resources of the EWB Challenge in 2017 were compiled by EWB in partnership with Live & Learn Vanuatu. Here are some of the top reports from 2017:
